Take a Eurostar train from London St Pancras and change either in Lille or at Gare du Nord in Paris, then the Metro to Montparnasse for a train to Poitiers. The TGV takes 90 minutes from Paris. There are a number of car hire companies near to the station. The house is about 40 minutes drive from Poitiers
